Services

All aesthetic services, including but not limited to chemical peels, microneedling, and in-office treatments, are non-refundable once performed.

I understand that aesthetic and cosmetic services are individualized, and results may vary. No guarantees have been made regarding outcomes.

Products & Topicals

All products and topical skincare items sold by Melauno Aesthetics are for cosmetic use only. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Product Returns & Exchanges

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned within 30 days of the invoice date
• At least 50% of the original contents remain
• The product is in its original packaging

Approval of all returns and exchanges is subject to review by Melauno Aesthetics.

Order Accuracy, Pick Up & Shipping Issues

In-Store Pickup

If an order is picked up in person, the client is responsible for reviewing the order at the time of pickup.

• Any issues related to order accuracy, missing items, visible damage, or condition must be identified on site, at the time of pickup.
• Once the client leaves the premises with the product(s), the order is considered accepted as accurate and in satisfactory condition.

Shipped Orders

For shipped orders, the following applies:

• Clients must inspect their order upon delivery.
• Any inaccuracies, missing items, or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Melauno Aesthetics may require photographs and shipping documentation.
• Products damaged during shipping must be retained in original packaging for inspection.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

• A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns or exchanges.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Melauno Aesthetics is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Credits

• Approved credits will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Credit memos expire 90 days from the date of issuance.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

This policy is intended to be consistent with California law and does not limit any rights provided under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.
